Process Description of Ointment Manufacturing Plant / Cream Manufacturing Machine:

  • All vessels are fabricated from SS 316 grade stainless steel sheets, ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards.
  • The vessels are jacketed, insulated, and clad, featuring a suitable agitator assembly in each vessel.
  • In the wax melting vessel, wax is melted, while water is heated in the water heating vessel.
  • Both wax and water are automatically transferred into the manufacturing vessel via vacuum.
  • Within the manufacturing vessel, wax and water are homogenized to create a uniform emulsion and subsequently cooled by circulating chilled water through the jacket.
  • Following emulsion formation, active ingredients, colors, etc., are added and thoroughly mixed and homogenized.
  • The resulting product is transferred via bump pump into the storage vessel. From there, it is automatically dispensed into the filling machine using a metering pump.
  • The flow rate of the metering pump can be adjusted according to the speed and capacity of your tube filling machine.
