Tablet Dust Extractor or De-Duster is pharmaceutical equipment that eliminates the fine surface
dust from tablets by vibration. This machine can be connected straightforwardly to any type of high-speed tablet press.

In the Spiral Tablet Dust Extractor, there is a vibrated spiral path sieve. The tablets
enter in the center point of the sifter from the Tablet Press then they are vibrated and the tablet pushes ahead, turning and pivoting along the twisting way of the sifter to external peripherals.

In Elevating Tablet Dust Extractor there are vibrated up slope type sifters. The tablets enter the base channel of the sifter from high-speed Tablet Press then they are tenderly vibrated and the tablet pushes ahead, upward, turning and pivoting along the twisting upslope of the sifter to the external at top of the strainer. These eliminate the layer of dust from the tablet. The residue is gathered by a dust extraction framework through a hose pipe nozzle connection and the tablet falls into the container.
