The Varco Group frequency variation method enables to optimize various screening processes by using ultrasonic. Smooth vibrations are transmitted to the screening surface in a way that preserves the material, without the product (powder) coming into direct contact with the electrical equipment. Whether classifying, protective screening, dedusting, or cleaning, ultrasonic screening in many cases leads to significant improvements of the production process. Experience has shown that especially fine particles in the lower µm range can hardly be screened without ultrasonic. Since the generators of Artech Ultrasonic Systems AG are almost independent of the geometry of the screening units, the components are being used in various plants, especially in collaboration with screening machine manufacturers.
