We offer pumps for both filling & transferring from micro-liter up to lpm both in Non Flame Proof & Explosion proof with single head and multiple head.

Advantages

  • No contamination of the fluid being pumped, because the only contact part with the fluid is the tubing. These tubing can be sterilized after each batch for ease of use without cross contamination.
  • Low maintenance and easy to clean. There are no valves, seals, and glands which make them comparatively inexpensive to maintain.
  • Since tubing is the only contact part with fluid which can be replaced instantly, there is no wastage of time during the production process. Due to saving of time, production efficiency is increased with low input of labor time.
  • These pumps can handle slurries, mild viscous, shear-sensitive, and aggressive fluids.

Disadvantages

  • The flexible tubing will degrade with time and require periodic replacement.
  • The flow is pulsed, particularly at low rotational speeds and with a dual roller pump. Hence, these pumps are less suitable where a smooth consistent flow is required.
  • Effectiveness is limited due to the liquid viscosity.

Tubing

Selecting a peristaltic pump tubing include appropriate chemical resistance towards the fluid being pumped, whether the pump will be used continuously or intermittently. Types of tubing commonly used in peristaltic pumps include:
