The Vibro Sifter operates on the gyro principle, where the necessary gyratory motion is achieved through a specially designed gyro motor located underneath the vibrating assembly. This vibrating assembly is completely isolated from the base using robustly constructed springs. The gyro motor is equipped with top and bottom eccentric weights tailored to provide the required centrifugal force. The entire assembly is shielded by a stainless steel (SS) plate. The deck hopper is crafted from SS 316 sheet, with a tangential discharge port provided on the hopper for collecting the discharge.

A conical-shaped top lid features a charging port, and a screen is positioned between the hopper and the top lid. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the machine are meticulously mirror-polished for a sleek appearance.
