Fluid Bed Coating, synonymous with fluid bed microencapsulation, encapsulates discrete particles in a fluidized bed using differential air flow for cyclic movement. The spray nozzle’s bottom location sets our Fluid Bed Coating process apart, ensuring efficient coating with controlled agglomeration. This process yields uniform film thickness through layer deposition, reducing material and processing time. It’s versatile, coating various core materials in different sizes and shapes, from capsules and tablets to softgels, powders, and granules.
